How do I get started?

You will be contacted by a customer service representative once you place your order online. A Health Rush representative will give you a start date if your order is placed with us over the phone.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Active members will receive a $20 credit on their meal plan for each referral. Be sure that your name is submitted when the new member signs up.

How does billing work?

All plans are auto-renewed on a bi-weekly or monthly cycle depending on your selected billing. If you are a new customer and select our promotional trial service, there is no auto-renew applied. After your first regular billing cycle, If you don’t wish to auto renew, we require 3 business days of notice by email to

Where does Health Rush deliver?

We deliver to all of Broward County, most of Palm Beach County and some of Miami Dade, Please call to verify that we deliver to your area before placing your order if your delivery address is 20 miles or more from Margate, Florida 33063. There is a charge of $5 per delivery locally and $6 to $8 if you are more than 5 miles away. We deliver 2 days per week(Sunday & Wednesday).

Is there a charge for delivery & what time are deliveries made?

There is a $5 charge per delivery locally & $6 to $8 for further distances. You can expect your delivery anytime between 3p.m. and 9p.m. We deliver on Sundays & Wednesdays. All meals should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Cooler bags and ice packs from the previous delivery should be outside your front door for pick up before 12 p.m. on every delivery day.

Is there a charge for cooler bags?

Yes, there is a one time charge of $15 and that provides you with two insulated cooler bags and ice packs that are used to deliver your meals. If bags are not left outside for pickup after multiple deliveries, there is an additional charge of $15 for every missing bag (non-refundable).

What if my delivery is late?

Deadline for deliveries is 9 p.m. Unforeseen circumstances may affect that timeline and you may email or call 754 205-4102 to get an estimate on how long until food is delivered.

How often does the menu change?

A new menu is created by our talented culinary team every week.

How long can I hold on to the meals before they need to be eaten?

Our food is cooked fresh daily and should be consumed 3-4 days after each delivery. We do not recommend freezing meals, but it is up to your discretion.

I need to take a few days off of delivery, how do I go about putting a hold on my account?

Simply email  at least 48 hours prior to your next delivery day and we can put the account on hold and credit you missing days upon return.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel the service by submitting a cancellation request to with a minimum  72 hours notice prior to your next billing cycle. You will receive meal credit for all remaining deliveries. There is no monetary refund issued for undelivered meals. You can restart delivery with 48 hours notice to have your remaining deliveries made.

If you place an order online and decided to NOT receive service please request a refund by email within 24 hours of your purchase we will refund your payment less a $10 processing fee.
