Our staff prepare, cook, and package your meals locally in the Pompano Beach / Lighthouse Point area. Deliveries are made twice each week. Don't settle for mail order frozen meal plans. Health Rush brings it FRESH!

DELIVERY / PICKUP / CATERING

We deliver to Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point and surrounding area's. Pickup is also available at our kitchen storefront. We also provide catering services for both small & large events.
